If you haven't heard yet, PAX East is completely sold out.  Hope you got your tickets.  If not you can try your luck on eBay and Craigslist.  If not they're always scalpers outside.

My understanding is many game companies based in Boston are also doing events in and around PAX so not all hope is lost.
