| DESCRIPTION | : Resistance: Fall of Man is a first-person shooter from Insomniac, formerly known as I-8. Resistance gives an alternate telling of World War II, where an alien invasion forces the world to bind together to fight against this foreign threat. As Sergeant Nathan Hale of the U.S. Army Rangers, it's up to you to stop this alien menace from destroying London...and the rest of the Earth with it! Resistance also features split-screen cooperative modes, as well as online play for cross-country deathmatches. Resistance 2 is less realistic than games such as Halo or Rainbow Six, owing its fast-paced style to older games such as Quake, Doom, and Unreal. |
