Gamepro was the shit back in the day up until the Dreamcast days. Then it just went downhill. It was always the place to get cheat codes when there was no internet for the masses and their reviews were always somewhat unbias.Nowadays, the only magazine I can stomach is Game Informer. I haven't read it in about half a year, but last time I checked, their choices and reviews on games were pretty good and their features weren't half ass.

I just recieved my 100th issue of PSM in the mail today. Is that any indication?

Can't stand EGM, can't stand Gamepro, can't stand Play.I read the previews in GI, that's about it. Some of their review scores don't match up with what they're writing. Usually for a review, I ask for a peer one. Any professional one is an average of Gamespot and IGN to give me a decent score on a game.
