Okay, I've played it, still seems kind of fun but the balance is pretty off, you can dodge any attack that's not an AoE by jumping or hitting a dash button which makes it ridiculously hard to hit good players with anything unless you have a really good ping (which most people don't get since the beta servers aren't very good). There is no autoaim, there are no stats that affect hits and misses. This really narrows down your options.Basically warriors are the strongest in straight up fights because they are the toughest, have the best AoE ability, and their other abilities are easier to hit with than most. In most large scale fights at least 7 of the top 10 scorers will be warriors.There is a stealth mechanic but it's pretty wonky, a stealthed scout is 100% invisible and the duration is ridiculously long, and you are fucked if he's dagger specced and gets the jump on you. However, if a stealthed player comes under your mouse or crosshair for even a split second, at any range, you get a big flashy targetting circle telling you exactly where they are. Also, with all the AoE spamming that goes on odds are pretty good you'll get randomly knocked out of stealth by a stray fireball or something before you can backstab someone. Also, people spam the jump/dash buttons even when not under attack so it's still hard to even hit someone with the backstab.There are 2 classes not showing up at all in the beta yet, a polearm user and a fist weapon user.The tutorial in the beta just plain sucks, it doesn't teach you most of what you need to know to be a good team player in the PvP battles or even how to get the right level gear after it skips you to level 20.Perhaps by the time the game gets out of beta they'll have better servers and the other classes will help balance things out. Maybe they will even change the annoying dodging mechanic where most attacks are really easy to dodge just by jumping/dashing in random directions.
