I've been using a crappy little LCD 16 incher offbrand for the longest time now, and I feel like I'm not taking advantage of my new gaming rig to its fullest potential and want to get a nice HD Monitor. I don't need any 25 inch monster, just a nice 18-23 incher with a great resolution. Any specific models or brands I should look at for that?

Viewsonic has a 22" monitor that has 120hz. It supports those Nvidia 3D Glasses if you have a Geforce card. The native resolution is 1680x1050 and the response time is 3ms. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824116402

I hate Dell in general, but I love my Ultrasharp 2408WFP. It's soooo damned versatile.

if input lag is your main issue, LG all the way.if you don't care about that though, most anything around the $200 price point would suit your needs.also search avsforum.

!!! YES! I have the same one and the picture quality is insanely fucking good. Look it up on Ebay, you can normally get a refurb (its what I did and it works perfect) for cheap. I got mine for 450 back in Feb or so, it's a good deal cheaper now too. My friend picked one up for 350 like 2 months after me.

Also, the response time is perfectly fine as long as you have a decent pc to run the resolution.

"The 20” screen has a native 1600X900"Don't they make a PC widescreen with something over 1024 that's not 1080? 1440?
