I installed Gears2 and now have 0.3gb left on my 20gb drive. Now the controller vibrating is the loudest noise. :)

Installing GTA IV to my HDD had no perks to it and was a complete waste of time. There was still horribly noticeable popup as if I was still streaming from DVD, and the only load time that changed was the very first one; it got to the guys playing dice on the shitty little table -__-

I tried it on gears 2 ans as already said in this thread hardly no difference but its nice without the dvd drive taking off.I will probably try fable 2 or one of the wwe games next as they have slow loading times.

It seems to me that the load time increased for Gears 2. I don't know.

Installing the games on the Hard Drive is great, The only problem is you still need the disc in the drive.

I don't think it's that bad. I mean, they pretty much had to do that.

Yeah and it's gonna be like that until consoles get some form of DRM like the version of SecuROM EA uses. Which won't happen anytime soon. It IS nice to not have my red alert 3 disc in the drive to play and I dont need a crack.

Has any one encountered a game that is not allowed to be installed to the hard drive because I tried 'Crackdown' and it wouldn't let me.
