Technically it aint a 1 month free card since it takes them 1 month or more to send the replacement.

My longest return from them was 6 weeks.Ironically that console only lasted 3 weeks before I had to send in for yet another one.

Um how is it taking you 1 month or more? My 360 has died twice and each time it was 10 days door-to-door. That counts them sending me the box to me getting my fixed 360 or the refurb at the door. In 2007 they sent me a refurb and in 2008(or like 2 days into 2009 i guess) they fixed it. Its not like i live next to the repair center either. its in texas and I'm in Illinois.

thats crazy fast. all my broken 360's and all my friends broken 360's have never been replaced in under a month.

Huh...I don't know. I can't think of any explanation since i've pretty much experienced everything. I got one refurb and one rrod, and the first time I called it in but the second time I used the website. Not really sure why mine would go that much faster. Maybe I'm just lucky. :P

Wow... They claimed to have fixed my 360 already... Took less than two days. :oI sent it last week but it wasn't delivered till Monday (due to Eastern I assume) I'm in New York.Color me impressed Microsoft.
