Our trip to Tokyo
There were a lot of memorable moments from the AGN era in NYC. Our trip to Tokyo for the launch of the PS2 and the Tokyo Game Show was an experience I will never forget. We have a lot of segments produced around our trip, but I found this one randomly while going through the tapes of AGN News.
The game was a Japanese Baseball title that was being published by SquareSoft and was playable at TGS 1999 on a PS2 Dev Kit. We were blown away when comparing to Sony’s MLB ‘99 for the PS1, a blocky polygonal slugfest.
